From looking at the slot shape and the holes next to the lug holes they’re likely early 15x4.5” Porsche wheels or a repro of them.

If it's small nut, 50 mph shouldn't have seem weird, unless you just need to get used to it.

My '61 Double Cab is small nut and 50mph is no problem. I do feel like it prefers me to stick to around ...
