Carbide tip laminate knife at any hardware store. Scribe and break. I buy full sheets and cut it down to size with a knife and straight edge.

...if you're chasing an issue with that sensor like I did last year, it may be the connection to the sensor causing the issue...

And thus it is best to check the sensor at the ECU plug.
