The worst thing you could do at this stage is a patch up fix. You need to decide wether you are a WBX guy or a 1.8t, ej25... guy. Once you work that out research how to do the job right so you only do ...

I run 12.7 under load and 13.9 cruise. I found that if I ran too lean a cruise ratio when I planted the pedal there was too much lag. I messed with the air flow meter but at the end of the day that fu ...

Yeah I have been running one for about three or four years. I set it up with an adjustable vacuum switch to oscillate between the two outputs. A rich program for low manifold vacuum and a lean cruise ...

Have you load tested the battery? Do your interior lights work? Do your head lights light up? Did any of this happen after completing the three repairs you mentioned?

I would second the notion that that crack would have been created by poor installation techniques and not a running issue.

It could be a leaking injector. I would pull the fuel rails hot and check for dribbles after cycling the key a couple of times.

I hate to rain on your parade but the electronics behind making those sway bars work are complex and not a retrofit proposition as they require inputs from other control units.

The gummed up ring issue is one of the reasons Subaru introduced their upper engine cleaner. More regular oil changes and spirited or high speed driving will help also.

That said though the whole ...

The cost of producing the initial batches is irrelevant. It is all about gaining knowledge and refining processes to one day build a cost effective and environmentally efficient vehicle.
