The Mexican Alt stand has an o-ring seal on the bottom....it's a nice upgrade and quite reasonable since most originals have fillers that are rusted out.

I've been running .062" deck for 8 years and 43,000 miles. It runs just fine.
Put a .010 shim on the one side and finish it.

Run .100 deck......you have the parts already. That will put you right at 8.8:1...if you can get 52 cc chambers.

Make sure you have a good tune......10 lbs boost.....12.0:1 afr on boost, max of 130 ...

You just need the ring that goes on the PP fingers. I'm not sure if you can buy them separately or not but you could email Kennedy and check with them.

I put a 5/16ths line through the tunnel with some wire harness spiral wrap on it. It fit under the brace.

It might seem expensive to some but a megasquirt or microsquirt for ignition only would be the best investment anyone could make for a long term spark solution.

Copperhead disc should give a lot more holding power than a CB Super Disc.

I would try that disc with the Stage I if you already have it...it might be all you need....But since you have a Stage II ...

Agreed with clone. Intercooler efficiency should be in the mid 90's and volumetric efficiency should be mid 80's (that will rise with rpm too).
However i do see higher iat's than clone. Mine averages ...

A 1641 with 25 psi of boost makes 300 hp at 7000 rpm. That would need 33 lbs/min to make that.

Drive a 2000 or there abouts Chevy 5.3 or 6.0 liter pickup engine with some miles on it when it is first started cold.
