The previous suggestions are good but the following is fool-proof:
Get another pencil. Stick a large gob of well chewed bazooka bubblegum on the end of said pencil to retrieve the eraser head.

They sell turntables with a USB interface so you can transfer your vinyl to a digital format. This way you run less of a risk that they get scratched.

Some of those gaps may be a little too wide to bridge but it is hard to tell how wide they really are.

Maybe try backing the hole with a piece of flattened brass pipe, held in place with a clamp or ...
