Gas gauge is fine

have to check it on a bone dry and a full tank to know that one. Time will tell.

The checking of full and dry was done, not to mention that the OHMs of the gauge and sender are ...

looks nice but I prefer gauges and speedos that are accurate. Seems a lot of work to recalibrate everything including the gas gauge. Hopefully it is accurate.

Great mod! I never thought about using ABS for the cluster. How strong is it? Did you have to reinforce it?

I'll have to check the relay terminals later today. It's just a generic LED relay.

As for the ground, I ran a separate ground wire to the black lead of the LED and still got the same results.

so, I wired back in the original bulbs/holders and it looks like that even though I have an LED relay installed, I"ll still need LED load resistors

I shaved the front turn signals and put an LED strip on the front bumpers. Wired the led Black to Brown (ground) and LED yellow to the Black striped wire (same on both sides)

Back firing when you hit the gas or let off the gas? If it's when you let off the gas, it's the exhaust somewhere. If it's when you hit the gas, look at your intakes.
