Thanks for the info! Mine has always been on... even through a Master Cylinder and front disk brake conversion! I'm doing work on the wiring now and may test while I'm in there.

Overvoltage indicates bad regulator. If light is on solid now, I'm betting regulator is fried.

OK. If I get over voltage on the outgoing tab (can't remember which one it is off the top of my head) ...
