The adjustment screw is way up in the door below the lower vent pivot.

It is more of an adjustment by feel rather than having a clear visual.

If you purchased a base coat/clear coat system, yes you need the clear coat.

I dislike the clear coat system and use a single stage paint whenever I can.

I notice that newer Vans have a vent window rotation limiter on them.

That wide open vent isn't possible.

theres ALOT of cosmetic in that list, those can be 'someday'

I don't know that I'd shoot my first job with a metalic inspired paint. Its enough to get the paint on even let alone worrying about the flake laying out evenly. Not saying it can't be done.

Pushing the 3,500 mile mark since I put it on the road.

Yeah, you need air flow.

Unzip a window up top, unzip more if you have a newer three window canvas.

The other alternative is to give up breathing.
