I just had the rear heater coolant lines tee'd together with a thin-diameter coolant hose. Provides plenty enough for a coolant bypass with a minimum of extra plumbing.

Watch out, I was bleeding the old fashioned way after replacing the brake lines. My wife pushed the pedal all the way to the floor... and that was the end of that master cylinder.

If the radiator send line is warm all the way to the radiator, then check if the radiator is hot, then check the return line to see if it is warm (not hot, not cold). If the return line is too cold y ...

Note: The master rebuild kit and also the 087 reference both have 5 frictions for the 1st intermediate clutch, but the Bentley shows four.

Just use four.

To answer @danfromsyr's question, I'm using Burley's throttle conversion kit so I can use the stock VW throttle cable and kickdown lever.
