I do believe that you are correct ! this is a Split Bus rear view mirror, which I am thinking is from a 64, I pick this year because it turns out this old oval has a few parts from a Split bus tagge ...

myself, I would recommend finding a good used charcoal canister.

I just went through all of my lines using the diagram below , also rebuilt the charcoal canister and this solved my fuel smell prob ...

here is one we built from an old Transaxle .

battery is connected, gas from gas can fed to steel fuel line, remote starter button.

engine sitting on a 4 wheel Dolly running on the floor ...

check the front windshield and rear window seals. sometimes they leak. or the drains from the windows leak. under the back seat near heat channels leak as well if rusty

Many shops will try to sell you 185/65 15s but they are really short on diameter and look silly in my opinion. Better then to go for 195/65 rear and 165/80 front then, if you can't get the 175/70s ...
