No one talk about the most important thing when swapping from auto-stick or the opposite.

Check the "End Play" of the crankshaft, you may need to add or remove a shim.

It's made in China, that is why. I have to buy 4 before I get one that doesn't buzz. BOSCH is not what it use to be.

Split one in 2, you will see China inside

You need a multimeter! You need to check voltage at the black (yellow connector) in the junction box wile the IGN is at ON (not start).

Now listen, unplug that wire (IGN), on the fuse side, and hoo ...

Check:

Fuel pump connector, firewall right front side
Junction box black wire (IGN) with a yellow plug, check also that 5 amps fuse.

Unplug the main round connector and plug it back.

it's not the ground strap, this one is mostly for the starter.

The main ground is in the battery box.

For sure your problem is electric.

Start by checking all connection in the battery comp ...

All van have 3 temps sensor, the one on the rad is called a Radiator Fan Switch
