2 bolts that hold the column to the dash.
Ah! So the whole column comes out with steering shaft. No way to just take out shaft and leave column secured?

By looking at VIN chart it seems engine is 1963. Am I wrong? Do all '65s have front side markers ( small type blinker)?

Yes. Made sure of that. Stars all the way in. Bearings have come out so drum wobbles and spins Deely on spindle. Driving me nuts
