I brought the transmission to a specialist and we took it apart completely.

There are quite a lot of things that can be improved on. The worst is a pinion gear with grinding marks on several teeth ...

Hi Antoine, The bulkhead and the reinforcement sheets where only tac welded in place. I have someone welding it all up.

do you have to use a bigger hole to .vent the case .? all that oil from the pump might build up presser in the case . and might cause the seals to leak just my thought . some thing to think about

Heat is an 'automatic transmission' worst enemy.
Standard shift manuals don't need a cooler, Laughing It don't get that hot in Germany Wink Laughing

Well... hotter every summer Cool unfortunately... ...
