I highly recommend taking the Natchez Trace parkway on your way to NOLA. Might take you a bit more west than the freeway but you can get back on track in Baton Rouge.

Runs rough because there's a good chance its running on 3 1/2 cylinders. Have your mechanic do a leak down test and try to isolate where you hear hissing, esp in that bore with 130psig.
