i wanted to replace my front heater core hoses. they are available but of questionable quality.

everything in my cooling system is new...down to a NOS vw/audi radiator, ...

Sliding doors, 3 shelves, and a dropped lower section that stores 5 qt oil bottle out of the way of the lowest shelf.

Okay good to know about the oil fill cap. I do feel like my crankcase has too much negative pressure, the cap suctions back on to the filler nozzle (normal?)

So after re assembly the Van still dies at idle. it did run for a about 1 min longer before it started to bog down and die.

Once the van is warm it runs fine.

Can anyone tell me why my van die ...

No issue to adjust the brakes with the small brake spoon I have from Snap On.
Very short, right curve to it, and you can leave your tires on.
