All these rims look super clean tucking up front, but I think the rubber band tire in the rear looks terrible. There needs to be some sort of sidewall back there. Some way some how

In my honest opinion a later oval era vert in that shape should fetch in the low to mid 20k range and maybe on the high side just because it's a European model.
