I would like to see FK87 and FK89. Rumor was that the FK89 was gentler despite being a bigger grind. IDK.

yes, shorten the bottom of the rotor until you have a slight gap between the rotor and magnet wheel.

The most common cause of this is a points replacement device, which the mfgs don't tell you REQUIRE THAT YOU SHORTEN THE ROTOR BOTTOM TO CLEAR THE MAGNET WHEEL.

If you don't do this, the rotor sits ...

Well sell a CB IDA kit, and offer to set them up and jet them. If you can do this you don't need us to do it. The costs of the jets alone are more than we charge for the setup though, and IDAs are not ...

50 idles are likely too small. You dropped the fuel metered by 40% by going from 60 to 50. Try 55s, and re-set the idle mixtures.

stoic at idle is chemically correct, but most engines do not like to idle there. Depending on the cam, the sometimes "want" 12.*:1. Good combos will idle in the low 13s pretty easily.

Don't waste your $ on ratio rockers on a SP engine. DP it's an option, but not SP IMO.

Keep adv duration under 270 degrees. CB 2280, Engle W90, no bigger than W100 or C25.

Or the 130 main is not 130.

I had one guy last week who had a boost compensated fuel pressure regulator on a draw thru carb, and didn't understand why that was a problem.

The main is not small if WOT is 10.5:1. In fact it's quite big (rich). Change the air FIRST, then dial in the main jet.

It would be better if you would post a genuine picture of the carburetors, since you have a camera and know how to post a picture of the box sticker.

it's not quite that simple. We have over 10k PNs, so that in itself is a monumental task.

Secondly, sometimes when we get parts from suppliers, 1pn will sometimes have 2 or even 3 different brands. ...
