Pull off carb top-check the float and the needle/seat

I did and I see nothing wrong. Float has no gas in it and needle seats good. I did notice in carb just under carb top it was wet with gas there ...

I have my heater wired using a toggle switch, and just use the heater control knob to set the temp as normal. You just have to remember to turn off the switch, but it will still do the cool down cycle ...
