valves are working and not sticking

well the car was running goofy like on 3 cyls... so i parked it.

i went out the other day and pulled the valve covers and some rods came off the rockers.

i took the rockers off and put it all ...

so my fronts are shot... but my rotors can be turned (no big pits or divits etc). i just want to know the minimum machining level/replacement thickness so i can see if i could get them turned or not

i dont know if the big shifter will hurt the shifting forks or not with all the weight.. i just want a ratty style thing going ...

I think you and I have a similar issue... it sounds like it's "spitting" as you accelerate, although I don't have any smoke. it just sounds shitty and runs shitty atm.
