Why only a 20 or 25amp DC/DC if your alternator puts out 90? You're just leaving charging ability on the table that you can't use if you set it up that way.

Just a wild assed guess, but clean the contacts in the faucet switch. It may show 12 v but not carry the current needed.

Also see if the impeller in pump is still free to turn.

Iíd use 90 thou, maybe a tad lighter, naw, 90.

And double up for a ways to back up the seat belt nut. Youíve saved that from the wreckage.
