Sounds good can you machine new bushing at home? Where you going to find bearings?

If you find a GOOD used box you won't need those. Just clean it, reseal and new grease buys you another 20 ye ...

The crank in this thread has markings very similar to yours. Those old bugpack forged cranks were good ones.

Looks good! I'm using some similar minivan hoops and 66-67 centers to build a pair of wider rear wheels for my bug.
