So, as I understand, the five speed and later four-speed axles are the same length.

Hi gang,

I did a quick search, but can't find info on what the exact length of the '83-up 5 speed axle shafts should be. I ASSUME it's different from the 4 speed transmissions.

thanks for all the 411... I wend with the SurePower 1315A, and put it under the drivers seat in that wasted space.

There's sometimes that you need to run your fridge on 12 volts... even if it's not the most efficient way.

Yes, I am certain there is no relay… And I agree, it seems very reasonable to just hook that fused red wire to an auxiliary battery. I will do that. I am still in sure why Gowesty than ...
