Not a bad idea to use magnets.

But if you want the mounts somehwat permanent and the headliner is in place.

Use some rivets, no welding, backing to mess with etc.

Actually the frame is quite nice.

The rust is localized to the drivers side. The cargo floor and front floor are nearly rust free as is the rear shelf.

Yes seriously.

I didnt see it in person but maybe somebody on scene can describe it further or has other photos.

The major pluses are the original paint, mileage and hoops.
