It is just a chinese fiberglass reproduction just for vending use. They have no engine or drivetrain.

They are electric and do "move".

i've found it goes much easier if you tilt the muffler end of the motor down and sort of "roll" the engine in place yes

Did you make that dolly or is that commercially available?

The "hot" wire with the inline fuse comes from coil positive terminal #15 and goes to the reverse switch at the front of the transmission.
