Installed Bus Depot canvas pop top today, I figured out the lower frame placement after stapleling the top of the canvas to the pop top, turned out well

I also added 1985 vanagon seats with the swivel for the passenger side, cut out original tracks and welded in the vanagon tracks and swivel

Just my 2 cents,
I have a 1904 in my 71 bus
Rebuilt to stock specifications Italian 40 Dual Weber carbs
After trial and error I found these jets work the best for my engine

I am having my trans looked at now to see how bad it is and also I found a rebuilt 5 rib for sale, wouldn't a 5 rib be a happy medium between a 002 and a 091

I have a 71 bus that has a new 1904 engine and my 3 rib just died and looking for another trans. I drive it daily, not a lot of hills here at the Jersey Shore and I go camping 4 or 5 ...
