Need to research whether the dual quiet pack was for a standard or merged header...a merged header flange sits lower than a standard header

I wouldnít mess with the seat rails...better to fix the padding

The only other way would be to cut an inch out of the seat frame and weld back together

What cam? Deck hieght? etc

On a stock cam/head engine the 1.4ís should be ok, but if you change the stroke, cam, deck height youíll need to measure your valve to piston clearance

I donít think heís saying itís titled by the body number...

Itís a 57 body on a later pan...but titled by the VIN tag on the 57 body, not the later chassis VIN

This happens a lot with body swaps ...

Are you concerned about the gears due to a race class qualification?

If not, run the straight cut gears. Itís a valve train wear issue, not a power upgrade

Matthew did my heads as well, I sent him the WW Okrasa valves and he did the rest

Sounds like a timing issue to me, try retarding the timing
