Bad thermostat-stuck closed (small loop), open (large loop only).
Bad pump? No pressure.
Bad radiator temp. switch? With restricted flow it might not go on.

Update: I checked the thermostat, and it tests to be OK.
I'll go grab a high-pressure tank cap, bleed the radiator, and report back.
