Can someone identify this ambulance? It is one of my favorite bus toys, in spite of (because of?) its resemblance to Geordi la Forge.. just has a cool attitude

I do have a couple questions, too.
One: does anyone have a method for restoring these Steha bugs? I don't need the squeeker to work but just a good material for sealing a cracked bumper and reformin ... |
