Don't understand why you are having so much trouble... You claim firing order is correct and it has fuel and spark... It should run....

While cranking if battery drops below about 10 volts its toast... Key word here is cranking....

IF battery is ok, you have other issues, badly out of time may be cranking problem....

This graphic is demonstrative on where # 1 cylinder at TDC (actually 7.5 BTDC - compression) should place rotor...
