I guess duals would not be period correct. Right?

You could make the engine look period correct. Here's a 1776 made to look vintage.

You could make the engine look period correct. Here's a 1776 made to look vintage.

the below pix is a 1776 with fairly standard innards. if i were to do it again, i might stroke it for more umph, hop-up the heads a bit, but keep the cam mild for a smoother idle. PM me for specifics ...
