Depends on how elegant you want.....If you have space and want to make a bunch of friends, a rolling test stand is killer. And yeah, this has been covered.
If you do much engine work, taking that jig from Geno and mounting it on a cart or on the end of a bench is REALLY handy. I have one that a late buddy made years ago on a cart and its at a nice level ...
