No special tool/crimper needed for these.
I have used the style that yours that needed a tool for it, a friend with a shop had the money and need for round crimped terminals to mimic or match OEM on ...

I went a different way courtesy of someone here posting about MIL-Spec battery terminals as a replacement kit for stock ones that are worn, loose, or in my case, had split in half and was luckily stil ...
