Are you using the same flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disc and release bearings that were in there before? Or did you install new parts?

Is your transmission the later style with the sleeve over ...

(1) The transmission input shaft having a sleeve (or not) will dictate which throwout (release) bearing you need to match your transmission.

I have a 2019cc engine. Does it matter if i get a clutch with springs or not. Or maybe my clutch is good, but i am worried because it is smooth and shinny with no groves but it is pretty thick.

Tried again tonight and I think you are right on Glenn. The tranny is late model. The PO just put it in before I purchased it. My pressure plate doesnt look like any in that link ...

rear tires are 225/75 r15, and engine is probably around 85hp.

Stock pressure plate and kush-lok will handle that...
