There are some good threads on here if you are inclined to look at it yourself. There is a fusible link that burns out, and can be repaired with a drop of low temp solvent. I took mine apart, cleaned it and put a couple drops of sewing machine oil in it now works pretty good. There are also a couple places mentioned that work on them. Search kenzie clock |

Thank you all! I found a thread which showed the common issue with the clocks. Mine was extremely clean but the fusible link required soldering. I soldered it and it runs flawlessly! I have it hooked up on my bench with a 12v battery. I did notice that the power side of the clock in my car was switched. I’m going to find the correct wire and install a 1 amp fuse in line as suggested. |
