I am a newbie to VW type 1
Always loved them as a teenager and I finally have time for some projects

Rebuilding the top end making it a 1641
Will 40 x 35.5 heads give me problems?
Dual kadron?

This will be just a weekend car mostly

Thanks in advance

Don't go to 40x35, keep it 35.5x32. small bore with 40x35 will be soggy down low.

Kadrons are nice but I wouldn't buy them outright over a pair of HPMX or IDFs for the value.

Use them! they're good carbs, just a bit pricy for what they are.

Thanks so much for the info. It was my first time asking anything on samba and I was hoping I didn’t sound like a total idiot! Hahaha. I just want to learn.
