You guys that have converted a split to RHD, what speedometer cable did you use?
I have checked the various new cables available and can't find one that fits well.
When the speedo is on the right side it seems a 1440-1450mm long cable would be ideal.
LHD 1302/1303 cables are 1390mm and too short. Tried one and found 50mm more would be perfect.
The next length I find is for RHD 58-> beetles at 1540.. Thats 100mm too long. Will definitely not work with a steel tube. Even without the tube it will have a nasty bend with excess friction.

Hello again. I've put you in touch with Richard Cotton, and he may be able to help. What about one of these reverse/back up light switches to make up the distance, and have a period accessory at the same time?
