Hi
Probably a stupid question. My brass fitting below into my block that connects to the oil pressure and temp sensor moves around by hand. I've had a oil leak and I think this might be it as this should not be able to move otherwise its not sealed correctly, right?
I'd show the video but basically the unit move up and down easily by hand and the brass fitting in the block also moves around of the thread.
I assume this would have been leaking?
I've taken it out now and I'll get a new brass fitting tomorrow and put it back together.

Two issues, your case was originally tapped for M10x1, that brass fitting is 1\8NPT, they are close but not the same.
Second issue is that is a lot of weight hanging from a small fitting. Might look into mounting that sensor combo securely on the fan shroud or somewhere and feed a flex line to the oil fitting. |

Am I right in thinking that one of those sensors is temperature? If it is then it is in the wrong place and not giving you valid information. _________________ We had the stone age, the bronze age, the industrial age and now we are in the age of mass deception and mind control for corporate profit.
