Well executed. But being white, it kinda reminds me of a refrigerator. _________________ 1973 standard, yellow, lowered, 3” narrowed front, 1600 blo-thru turbo w/single dell 15.4@86, so far

I was impressed with the extra cab door, but can't get past the pieced together running board. They could have done a better job there. Overall very nice. _________________ .

Nah. A custom truck like that was never intended for functionality, just like all of the other times he has pointed this out.
Want a truck that can do work and has a low load deck? Find an old 2wd Toyota. Wanna build a fun custom to drive the grandkids to the ice cream store on Sundays? build a bug truck with a tiny little bed out back. You can throw some picnic stuff back there and go to the park. _________________ nothing |

You can’t even put a grandkids bicycle back there _________________ Jack Staggs

If it had a Corvair-like side folding loading ramp, it would be more practical.

I thought the same thing but the fender design is prohibitive. How about a lift off stake side? |

Some think that if your beetle has a padded dash, it's an engine donor. Some think that if it has push button door handles, it's a boat anchor.
Do what you want. Ignore the elitists. Drive your VW. Enjoy life. |

I like it. It's just dumb enough to be entertaining. Who doesn't need a welding mask, a pogo stick, and a boat winch bolted to their buggy? _________________ nothing |

Since it’s from Florida, is that a Miami Vice on the rear deck? |

I like that a lot. _________________ “If you care for a thing long enough, it takes on a life of its own, doesn't it? Mending old things, preserving them, looking after them – on some level there's no rational grounds for it.”

I'd call those rose-center wheels, but I have no idea their actual name. _________________ Two Bugs-
