Bus Depot Ez Awning Plus Tent Poles

Has anyone had to replace one of their tent poles on their Bus Depot Ez Awning Plus? The fiberglass on one of the X cross poles has split beyond repair. If so, did you find a replacement through Bus Depot or another resource?

I replaced some of the metal poles from BD as they were pretty warped.
Give them a call and see what else they have for replacement parts.

@DanHoug, that's how I was gifted this Ez Awning Plus. The original owner put the Maxi Track Awning on their Vanagon, and I got this.

Everything else is in great shape with the awning, just the one fiberglass pole.

I visited the closest Cabella's store yesterday hoping to find some poles that would work, but they had none in stock.

I'll give Bus Depot a call today and see if they have spares or can route me to a provider. I'll post what direction I had to go in to source one in case someone else has the issue in the future.

I called Bus Depot, and they do have some spares. Call to order them as they are a MISC item. I'll post when they arrive.

We do try to keep spares of all the poles (and even the canopy) on our Ezy-Awning, and our Add-A-Room as well. While they are not listed individually on our website, just shoot an email to [email protected]. If possible, include the letter designation of the pole you need from the diagram on the instruction sheet; that way we can be 100% sure we understand which pole you want.
