Am I right in thinking that that relatively small truck has been towing that huge rig, with steam loco on it? Seems a tall ask. I couldn't see that happening these days!

I suspect the truck is delivering dunnage or rigging supplies.

Steam loco 05 003 originally cab forward streamlined build in 1937, rebuild in 1944, scrapped in 1960.

Also looks photoshopped in areas of the man, especially his shirt, but it may be a scanning artifact/glitch.
