Shade thrown. Who’s the new shop? Hard to find shops that actually want to work or don’t take on way more work than they can actually handle. Painful even with a nice car. Props to you for going down the road with this one.

This is what I picked up a couple of weeks ago, so I’m getting some things in order before I send it off to the new shop

Hey Mr 50, wishing nothing but the best for the future of this project. If the next shop has any questions at all feel free to give them my contact.

I’m so embarrassed that I miss the skirt hardware, I bet I find it when I move. Lol.

Split parts has the parts it takes to mount them.

I was going to order them and send them directly to you.

What is missing exactly? Can you shoot me a photo please.
I want to make this rite. 😊👊

If there is ever anything else you can think of that may have got overlooked during the scramble to get everything loaded and you back on the road just say the word man.

Also …. I need to get my window back from you.

Hit me up homie. Thanks

Jason.

Looks killer Man…

Anything else we overlooked when you picked it up? I’m real hopeful you got everything 👊☑️

I would love to make sure I’m all squared up with you on that.

I do need to get the window you accidentally took tho, is there a good contact for you, all out normal ways are not working?

I have been struggling to get through to you, is everything going ok ?

Thanks in advance m
Jason.

Don’t pretend we are friends after you lost a lot of my parts and then sent me the replacement parts to my house! You happen to give me that glass by mistake and then acted like I took it! You know the deal give me my fox crafts hardware and then I’ll gladly give you that glass back

Now finally after wasting 3 years it’ll be completed in a timely manner 👍

I have been frantically cleaning the shop since you left.
I have searched high and low for the skirt hardware. I'm embarrassed to say since it wasn't familiar to me and Joshua took them apart they must have gotten mixed in with random hardware or something of that nature.
Please except my apologies.
On another note, in my searching I came across your internal cable brake rod , I'm glad ... because they are hard to find. I will pack it with your shift rod. &
Was there any other additional parts that you have thought of that you did not receive on pick up? If so just let me know.
Thanks

Hey Mr Rich.

I asked for confirmation many times that you received the stuff I sent you but since you blocked on the every avenue I had to get ahold of you, I could only assume you received everything.

I’m glad you have resurfaced even if it is to do it publicly.

Please confirm you received the stuff I sent you.

Thank.

I want to take a minute to apologize again for miss placing the skirt hardware. It was my responsibility and I fell short.

I’m also sorry you feel I have wronged you. Although I stand firm that I poured my heart and soul into this project and cut you the homie deals at every turn the fact is you do not see it that way and I chose to hear what you are saying and except it as your truth.

I want to say that it is disheartening to me to know someone out there has grief against me. I have spent my entire carrier void of these types of circumstances and Hold my head up high in that respect, but Im hearing that you feel I wronged you. Im sorry.

I could go on forever defending myself but we all know that is futile.

So I will humble myself to find a resolve that puts you at peace to the best of my abilities

Stay Strong, Stay True,
Sincerely

Jason James Wrenn.

I wanted to thank everyone who has supported me over the years and have show great appreciation for all the photos I have taken and shared publicly. It nice to know that they have been seen as way of giving back to the community and encouraging others to dive in. Over the years they have proven to be a huge asset to my success. I can’t begin to tell you how many time folks and clients alike tell me how much the have enjoyed and appreciated them. The transparency of them give my clients a opportunity to see in real time what is going on. Additionally they have proven to be priceless for me to refer back to and even see things that need to be addressed just by studying my own photos. Another huge benefit is being able to go back and look at what was or was not originally with a particular build. Sometimes the owner can get confused and you can go back and educate them with undeniable photo documentation. I highly encourage folks to take lots of photos as an asset to the Build. 😎👊

I have a bunch more photos I will share so folks can hopefully use them in builds in the future.

Here is One thing that seems to get overlooked sometimes is that part of fixing all the sheet metal absolutely includes the engine tin. It almost always needs lots of work but can get overlooked and rush at the end. As you guys can tell , I play the long game with my builds, sorting out everything at first to put it all together at the end.

I appreciate all the praise and encouragement folks have given me over the years for my business model and practices.

I know where that is... Looks like Koch's vert in the background. Wishing you the best moving forward.

My experience is that all these guys need to be managed. The days of professionalism and trust are gone (or very difficult to find). Put together a plan, put it in writing, and manage it. The dates will change, the cost will grow, and the stress will be high. Would love to hear how things go in the current shop.

PS... maybe start a new thread for this build. Would love to follow it without the extra color.

Thanks man and the new shop was highly recommend by some people I look up to in this hobby especially after looking at what I got back in person and after me wasting 3 years and money with this clown I'm very thankful to be upgraded! I just hope anybody thinking to do business with him can follow this topic and look at how childish he acts almost like an ex girlfriend or a person on drugs would act when things didn't go his way.. Very thankful I pulled my car out. Jason has also mentioned that I was the first and only customer to do that which is also a lie and I have some peoples texts to prove that but what's then point Very Happy

Jason likes to act like a Godly man but after dealing with him and his actions he is far from that and I'm just thankful you all get to read it here Very Happy Karma will catch up to him

Ill talk to Ev to see what we can do but i'll update it here to keep in topic with my car and the new shop!!!

You obviously don’t know what your husband has been sending to my club members and on here ! If you keep on poking at me and my integrity then of course I’m going to respond as such! Look I paid my bill in full and didn’t have anything to say about anything since December! Then I get a message from Jason, calls from friends and club members saying Wrenn is talking out of his ass so then and only then I came in here to tell my side of the story. I’m not here for trouble and I’m not posting on your husbands build so maybe you should look in The mirror and leave me and my build alone so I wouldn’t have to defend it or my beliefs on this matter. Libel goes both ways and I got facts so if you want to go that way I’m ready when you are!

This will be my last post in this thread.

I can’t protect your integrity Rich. You know I tried everything to get ahold of you. I tried every Avenue possible but like I mentioned here before you chose to block me and my wife everywhere. I hated having to go to the club for help. I was happy when I did get a nice reply from them.

Rich you know that the 53 Porsche window only went with because you accused me of have the windows for your car. you would not take my word for it , witch was very disheartening after all we been through. In my desperation to please you I frantically searched my shop and came across the window for the 53 Porsche and they are almost identical so I sent you a picture and put it in your pile thinking it was yours. I have saved every word we said during that interaction.

Once I sent you all the photos to prove to you that i never had them you finally agreed and dropped it like it was no big deal now. Had you never accused me of having them this would have never happened. Then again I had to use photo proof that I never had your top latches that you told me where on the car when you sent it. You did the same with the door latches, again having to prove to you with photos you had one broken one. Again you agreed they most have not been there and dropped it. At one point you even said that maybe you didn’t get everything when you got the car. I saved all of our communication on all of this. I didn’t bring any of this up on this thread because honestly this is embarrassing and folks here don’t deserve to have this thread all clogged up like this. I will never post here again in that respect.

I tried so hard to resolve this privately. You are the one that decided to use this platform to falsely accuse me and call me names . You treated me horrible and that really hurt after all we have been through.

How many times did you tell me you had to figure out how to pay for this car. You tried getting loans you where happy to skip rotations when I brought is up to try to help.

Remember when you told me you would have never bought this car if you know ow it was that bad? I will have to go back but and look but believe you the words where “piece of shit”.

When you would say you are trying to drum up the money to finish,How many times did I tell you that family comes first and that you can pull the plug anytime and I would completely understand.

All those extra used sheet metal parts that you sold I did all the wrapping and shipping free of charge just too try to help you. I purposely did not have you sign my contact because it was you and I consider you a friend that I could trust.

I did get a friendly warning when I took on another car for you. When both remember you ran out of money in that one too and had to sell it before it was even painted.

Rich I could go on me on about the shady way you handled this whole deal. Stuff like saying you have text of cars that have been pulled from me. That juts a lie man. Why are you handling this in such a way. Truth always prevails!!!

I had to hear from folks that I charged you 50 grand and spent the rest on heroine. I have had three of me current clients call me asking what is going on.

You have taken this too far man. Let’s just end this. You say I lost hardware. Crazy thing is had no photos of the skirts turned over so honestly I don’t know that I ever had it like I never had the things I could prove with photos so you backed down. You demanded I ordered seals with your replacement hardware, so I did. The dude selling that stuff says I should have it all soon. It took about three weeks to send it. You keep barking about December but it took until just recently for me to find a mutual friend to help me get trough to you. Witch is what I said to the person from your club that responded to my desperate message about a window that is original to this unrestored car. They offered help and I appreciated that very much.

I tried everything with you man , in your heart you know that to be true. And honestly if you don’t then I feel even more sorry for you then before. You where my friend. I cared about that. I undercharged you and hooked it up at every turn. When you told me this car was a tribute to your late father that meant something special to me. I wanted to be a part of that and poured my heart into that sentiment. You can try to shade my name all you want Rich… When you ran out of money I graciously said you could pause the car as long as you want and could stack chips and come back to me when you were ready. I did all of this because I cared about you and you where my friend. I wanted to see the dream come true. It’s heartbreaking when relationships end of money and cars.

I will say it one last time, I’m sincerely sorry for anything that I have done to put us here. Lets be men about this and settle it once and for all. I can not reach you but you can call me anytime and we can work out the final details to get you to a point you feel like you got what you deserved. I’m a people pleaser, it just part of my personality. It hurts when I know someone is disappointed in me. I have and will try to do whatever it takes to get you resting better about all we have been through together.

Everyone that has to see this play out publicly like this I owe and apology to.

Sincerely Sorry,

Jason
