Hi guys.

I am planning to make a rotisserie for my early bay bus but I have not enough room in my garage, so looking at all the different types, I've noticed that the roll on / hoop type would fit my needs however; I have not found any photos or projects of those hoop like rotisseries on baywindow buses, but only on split windows
A guy on facebook mentioned that there's absolutely no differences other than the size and location of holes for the holding brackets.

Does some knows if hoop type rotisseries are feasible in a baywindow bus???

Yes, will function the same. You just need to make sure your bolt patterns are correct for the mounting points. Mine bolts to the beam holes and rear torsion tube end cap holes.

This thread in the split bus forum should get you there.

I just built one for my bay that takes up minimal space.

https://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/manuals/bus_rotisserie/VWBus_Rotisserie.pdf

I used these plans and only modified them slightly. I'm working on a video explaining the process for those interested

Has anybody got the revised CAD plans for a T2 Bay Window? I am aware this is designed for the T1 Kombi but there are some differences in the sizes etc.
