Hey all,
I was searching for info on a straight axle conversion a while back and remembered seeing someone getting a built tranny from a shop in NC. I think Im gonna go with Brian- and his IRS bolt on kits but need a decent tranny for my 2056 T4 in my 67 Westy. This total resto has been going on for five years and has been moved from VT to NC. Finally need to get it rolling so I can get it painted.

Thanks family Smile Smile

I don't know of anyone in NC but if it helps I've used Painters Grinding out in Denver CO. They will ship to your door and the prices are very reasonable.

Shameless plug here but I have a near complete IRS kit for sale
in the classifieds in Va.

Jeff Huber

Mike Gagnier- Precision Engineered Performance

They both live in the same neighborhood and build the best you will find.
