Hay guys well I’ve done a bone head move and forgot where this shim goes???
There’s only one so its not on the bearing caps just can’t remember where it goes of course its the only thing I didn’t flim🤦‍♂️

Hi there,

I can't help you on the shim placement but I did want to mention something about your transmission case in the background. Make sure you sand off the paint where the starter mates to it. It needs to be well grounded and paint will affect that. Ask me how I know....lol

Cheers for the heads up, its actually metalized paint so its conductive but it will get stripped Wink

Well I worked it out it actually was off the front brakes it’s the shim that’s behind the grease seal the other one was completely buried in the grease hence why I didn’t Recognise where it went.
