I JUST GOT DONE PULLING MY TYPE 1 TRANNY. I PUT MY PORSCHE 924 STUB AXLES IN AND HOOKED THEM UP TO MY TYPE TWO CV JOINTS. THEY WORK GREAT AND ARE MUCH STRONGER THAN THE TYPE 1 TRANNYS.I am putting in an 091 and i cannot find shorter than stock type one axles to use type 2 cv joints.
