Where do these 2 tin pieces go? I know they clip into the fins but I can't remember how...slightly embarrassing as I took them off. Did a search but can't find the info. This is for a 25hp.

Well, you should have the cylinder tins in place before you start looking where to put the baffles. One of them is broken, however, but you can find them in ads from time to time. |

Better replace these by the DIN 30HP version, they are not good for cooling. Must be clipped on below the cylinders. |

there is a good reason they were discontinued and the later style was used for the remainder of air cooled engine production. _________________ drive your split. |

I thought the discussion was done on this and I'd have to figure it out myself so I made the missing piece of the one that was broken in half and figured out how they go in. I came back to close the loop and post this and saw you all recommending to leave them off and get the later style!
Regardless, I'll still post the pics below in case they are helpful for someone. I'll plan on ordering the later style and install them instead. Can someone tell me how many of the new pieces I need and how they are installed? Thanks.
