Very small, very simple.

https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6680956

Replacements are readily available from the vanagon retailers. ...Or you can make your own at home with your 3D printer.

Ive shared the file for free for personal use, along with my other designs to date in the hopes of encouraging more in the community to design and distribute more of these types of parts that we all need on our Vans.

Interesting, I didn't know that there were supposed to be plastic inserts used in this location. On my van, there are just two holes directly in the sheet metal, and coarse threaded screws go directly into the body.

The originals (part #N90535301) are square to match the square molded "flanges" on the side-marker lenses (applying pressure locks the clips in place so that they don't turn while installing/removing the screw). They keep the lenses off the vehicle body for water drainage/evaporation and air circulation.

Yes the anti spinning feature would be nice to have!!

These inserts were starting 1984, before that it was just screws in the sheet metal.

Or drop in a stainless steel M4 rivnut in the hole, don't even need to redrill Cool
