What is the light on the far right of the dash ne3xt to the lever for?
it is on when their is no key in the ignition.
I think it kills my battery if I don't drive it for a while.

73 Thing, the lever is for defrost and footwell heat control for the gas heater. The light is just to indicate the heater is on. The heater control knob (left side of the dash) has 2 positions. Turn it counterclockwise, and it will stay on. Turn it in the opposite direction and it will be a count down timer. 20 minutes.
