That is the Egypt to Alaska Westy. There are a few photos of it on one of Wally Byam's caravans down to Guadalajara mexico in the mid '50s. It got some other press in Alaska as well. _________________ .

At first I was going to say SG/PG/SG westfalia painted bus, but that would have a singletone bumper. So VW painted, and someone repainted the roof would be my guess. _________________ .
