Any chance you could get someone to tell the story of John Muir and the "idiot book"?
What I love about the podcast is you get folks doing deep on topics like distributors and super beetles or early type 3s.
Many people might not see the appeal of a 77 beetle or a super beetle but it's great to hear from people so passionate about all Volkswagens and not just the split busses or early stuff. Love the culture of "all aircooled" are interesting and worth learning about. _________________ Been on the samba so long I remember petting that dog to see VWs, WYHI, and green bug girl.

I would love to get some detailed information with respect to John Muir. I reached out through a Facebook page that was there to try to contact someone from the Muir camp or even Peter Ashwand for the drawings but I definitely think it would be a cool story, I’m working on it _________________ check my site @ www.letstalkdubs.com

Howdy Bill,
Have just found your podcasts and working my way through from the start.
Really enjoying all of them.
Nice when Australia is mentioned, ears prick up.
Have a look at Demop Garage (Youtube channel), I haven't met Nik yet but he does work that will blow you away. Would make a great Podcast guest and make a good Let's Talk Dubs and Aus connection.
Keep it up.
Regards,
Mark. _________________ Member # 145244 |
